A coach has to get his QB prepared to execute his offensive system for a successful season. But with competing responsibilities, under severe time and resource limitations, how can he? Enter the Quarterback Factory . Yet the challenge for many coaches is to find an affordable training program that won't destroy their coaching efforts and supports their offensive system.
Eight years ago Coach Baucia was determined to meet that need. He built a program focused on the fundamentals of sound QB play upon which every successful offensive system could operate. The results achieved with local coaches and QBs proved that Coach Baucia had created an indispensable training program
The Quarterback Factory is designed to build muscle/mental memory cues into every QB and equip them to have an immediate and positive impact on any offensive system. The Quarterback Factory's aim is to fortify the foundations of a successful QB, NOT force any single offensive system.
The Quarterback Factory is a semi private training system that incorporates all the phases of QB play with the leadership training that is necessary in our young men today.
Each young man is challenged to improve through:
- low coach-to-player ratios

Each teaching and drill segment builds systematically on the previous segment so that the fundamentals that are learned will be retained. This allows each player to see immediate progress in their skill level.
