Former & Current Students
In 1986, Chris Baucia -- an All-State High School Quarterback -- received offers from many large 1A schools. He decided to attend Virginia Tech on a full football scholarship where he played quarterback and also handled the punting duties.
Since 1992, Coach Baucia has trained over 150 quarterbacks through The Quarterback Factory and other clinics. He has positioned himself as one of the best teachers of QB fundamentals in the Mid-Atlantic region. During this time, he has pioneered training techniques that are simple, yet extremely effective at producing successful results for any QB, at any level.
Chris is presently the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterback Coach at DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville, Md. Every Quarterback that he has coached at DeMatha has went on to earn a full scholarship to college. He has also assisted over 180 student athelets in receiving full Div.1 full scholarships.

QB Factory Pictures
The 19th annual National Quarterback Club Awards Dinner was held at the JW Marriott in Washington, DC on Tuesday, June 29, 2004. George Michael of NBC4 and host of "The George Michael Sports Machine" was the Master of Ceremonies for the gala. Proceeds from ticket sales benefited the Boys and Girls Club of Washington, DC.
